By signing in, purchasing a plan, or otherwise using Callora, you agree to these terms.
You must not use Callora to:
The service is provided \u201cas is\u201d without warranty of any kind. Callora does not warrant that AI output is accurate, that calls will always connect, or that carriers/AI providers will never have outages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Callora\u2019s total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Callora is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You may cancel any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose a security/abuse risk to the network.
By providing your mobile number to Callora or by texting START to a Callora sender, you consent to receive SMS or MMS messages from Callora relating to your account, verification, call/voicemail notifications, campaign replies you initiated, and (with separate opt-in) product updates.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflicts-of-law principles. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email at least 30 days in advance. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
