How It All Connects

Every 10 minutes, Medora's autopilot engine wakes up and checks for jobs that need attention. It moves each job through the 12-step pipeline automatically — making calls, sending outreach, generating contracts, and assembling credential packets.

Human oversight is built in: founders can review and approve negotiation scripts, outreach sequences, and contract terms before they go live. But the default path is fully autonomous for routine placements.

The Callora Foundation

Under the hood, Medora uses Callora's voice + messaging API for all communication. The same infrastructure that powers Callora's developer API powers Medora's autonomous recruiting pipeline.
